Validation plan
The cassette should be validated as a physical and environmental system before it is treated as a biological readout platform.
No-cell work comes first
Early checks should focus on fit, sealing, leak behavior, bubbles, flow balance, imaging access, labeling, and run records.
Media-only and no-cell tests reduce the chance of blaming cells for a mechanical or handling problem.
What to record
Each cassette needs condition identity, assembly state, gasket or witness marks, environmental logs, imaging notes, and a clear failure record.
The point is to make every result traceable enough that another person can argue with it productively.
