Delivery
AAV capsids
AAV capsids are delivery shells. Before any future payload claim matters, the delivery behavior has to be measurable across relevant cell types.
What a capsid question is
For LaminarForge, the near-term question is not which payload cures HSV-2. The earlier infrastructure question is which delivery shells reach the cell models we care about, and which do not.
A useful screening system should make it easier to compare delivery behavior without pretending that a benchtop model is the same thing as a person.
Why scale matters
If only a small number of candidate capsids can be tested under comparable conditions, iteration stays slow.
A repeatable cassette workflow is meant to make more candidate comparisons possible by scaling matched test units, not by mixing uncontrolled variables into one run.
